TouchBase & Titan Information

TouchBase – Site to Deposit Lunch Money or Pay Fees

To add money to your student’s lunch account via credit card, you will need to log into the TouchBase program.

Go to crprairie.org

On the left sidebar, select TouchBase (second from bottom)

You will need to sign in with your Campus Parent Portal username and password  (please use the Parent’s username and password, not your student’s username and password)

Your student’s name should show up as someone you can “shop for”

• If you owe any Fees or Fines (like annual school book fee or lost book fee) you will see a RED box that shows any outstanding fee(s). Click on the red VIEW button, and this will allow you to get more information about fee/fine and you can add these fees to your cart.
• There should be a blue Info button that will give your student’s lunch account balance.

To Add Lunch Money, click ‘Items At Student’s School’

Select ‘Lunch Deposit’

You can then input the dollar amount and click ‘Buy’

You can click the Checkout Cart in the upper right hand corner and continue to check out.

Titan Family Portal – Lunch Informational Site

Through the Titan Family Portal you will be able to: set payment reminders, set spending limits, transfer money between family members, view menus, fill out free and reduced meal waiver applications and view transactions associated with your student’s account.   Money deposited in TouchBase will show up in Titan account.

During elementary years, there is not much activity besides any breakfast and lunch charges that you’ll see.  As your student moves up there are more cafeteria options that students can charge to their account.

Go to crprairie.org

On the left sidebar, select Titan Family Portal (third from bottom)

Select ‘Sign Up Today!’ to first register yourself.

Once you register yourself, you will receive an email to verify your registration before you can go back and login.

To add your student to your account, you will click ‘+’ on the upper bar, and select Link to Student.  You will need your student’s ID number for Titan which is different from your student’s Student ID that is used for Campus Portal.  Your school office clerk should have this number for you.

Once the student is added, you are able to view activity from that point forward.
